Please include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, TypeToLearn version, input language, learning language, and a short description of the issue. Screenshots are helpful if you remove personal information first. Do not send passwords, payment details, or private conversations.
Open TypeToLearn, choose your input mode and learning language, and download the language pack. Then open iOS Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard and select TypeToLearn (伴语输入法). In a text field, hold the globe key to switch keyboards.
Learning translations require an active subscription, an eligible trial activated through the App Store, or a lifetime purchase, as well as the downloaded language pack. Basic typing remains available without membership. Demonstration previews use prepared examples and do not indicate that a language pack is installed.
If a crown appears instead of translations, open TypeToLearn and tap the crown. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that originally purchased your plan. Confirm that the subscription is active in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Let the language download finish before expecting translations. If needed, reopen TypeToLearn to check the language pack. Clipboard access is requested only when you choose to paste; iOS may also require Allow Full Access for the keyboard. Basic typing does not require clipboard access.
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless canceled. Manage or cancel them in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. A lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Apple processes payments and refund requests. For refunds, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com/.
