This Privacy Policy explains how MatrixWatchFace ("MatrixWatchFace", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the MatrixWatchFace iPhone application and its companion Apple Watch application (collectively, the "App").

1. Information We Collect

MatrixWatchFace is designed as a local-first application. The App does not require you to create an account and does not send your personal data to servers operated by us.

The App may process the following information locally on your devices:

• Watch-face and app settings — such as visual preferences, colors, effects, countdown settings, and other configuration values needed to provide the App's features.
• Alarm and notification settings — such as scheduled times and local notification configuration when you choose to use reminder or alarm features.
• Device-to-device synchronization data — settings transferred between the iPhone app and the companion Apple Watch app through Apple's WatchConnectivity framework.

This information is used to provide the App's features and is not collected by us as a personal profile.

We do not intentionally collect your name, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, health data, or private messages through the App.

2. How We Use Information

Information processed by the App is used only to:

• Display and customize the MatrixWatchFace watch face.
• Save your preferences and settings on your devices.
• Synchronize relevant settings between your iPhone and Apple Watch.
• Schedule and deliver local reminders or alarm notifications that you request.
